The Lifetime Achievement Award is the highest honor bestowed by ASES for exceptionally significant accomplishments and outstanding results in the field of structural engineering. The award is presented to individuals who have worked for at least 30 years in the field of structural engineering. These are widely recognized, well-known, and fully established leading professionals, both nationally and internationally, in the field of structural engineering. Nominations may be submitted by the ASES Presidency, companies, institutions, organizations, and associations within the construction sector.

· list of published books and papers,
· social engagement, especially within ASES,
· honors, awards,
· the candidate’s consent.

Within 60 days after the application deadline, the ASES Presidency will make decisions regarding the Lifetime Achievement Award. The creative portfolios of engineers receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award will be published in the Conference Proceedings and showcased at the Congress itself.
THE BEST SCIENTIFIC AND PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS IN STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING FOR 2024 AND 2025
In order to develop, enhance, and promote structural engineering in Serbia, the ASES Presidency awards individuals and/or author teams for the best achievements in structural engineering: one in the scientific-research field (scientific work) published during 2024 and 2025, and another in the application field-design and/or construction of structural projects (professional work), for which only structures completed during 2024 and 2025 are eligible.
Required documents

· title, brief summary, and review of the scientific work, or
· a detailed description and technical specifications of the structure proposed for consideration.
Companies (institutions, enterprises, professional associations, etc.) and/or individuals proposing structural engineering achievements for these awards must, together with the application, provide the ASES Presidency with all necessary information (title, brief summary, and review of the scientific work, or technical specifications of the built structure - including construction details, sections, elevations, photographs, and all other relevant data) for the achievement they are proposing.The submission must include a detailed justification explaining why, in the proposer’s opinion, the work represents one of the best achievements in structural engineering for the category applied. For professional works, the application should specify the design and construction company or institution responsible for realizing the proposed project. For scientific works, one copy of the work for which the award is being proposed must be submitted. The applicant is also required to propose the names of the candidates for the award for the best professional achievement, along with the justification.
