On June 12th, a significant milestone was celebrated – the 50th anniversary of Macedonian Association of Structural Engineers (MASE), marking five decades of continuous work and development of this important professional organization.

Representatives of the Association of Structural Engineers of Serbia (ASES) extend their sincere congratulations to their colleagues from MASE on this important anniversary, with confidence that the successful cooperation between the two organizations will continue through joint activities, knowledge exchange, and advancement of the profession.

As road infrastructure ages, the need for reliable monitoring methods increases, as their results provide a basis for responsible and well-informed maintenance decisions. At the same time, road infrastructure is increasingly exposed to loads that exceed the levels originally considered in design. Such impacts are the result of extreme weather events, the continuous growth of heavy traffic, and the increasing number of exceptional transports.
